Making
a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy, browse our website and click on any items
you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished,
click ‘Order’ and you will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to complete the order. We keep large stocks of most
items however for some items, especially gold jewellery and rings (where
we need the size), you will need to email
us first with details and we
will confirm the exact price and delivery time.
We will send you an email after receipt of your order as confirmation.
If goods are not immediately available we will inform you of expected
delivery times.
We accept credit card payment by phone, or securely online and through
PayPal.
Customs and VAT
All goods are charged in Pounds Sterling and prices include VAT (value
added tax). For customers spending more than £30.00 and living
outside the European Union the tax (17.5%) will be deducted before
the postage is added.
Deliveries
We will normally dispatch the goods within 4 working days unless they need
to be ordered specially in which case we will email you to keep you informed.
Normal shipping times are 1-2 days in the UK, 1 week for Europe and North
America and 1-2 weeks for the rest of the world. We can take no responsibility
for delays caused during shipping. Please remember to place orders in good
time during the Christmas period.
All international packages are sent by airmail post and marked as Small
Packet. The goods are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs
Declaration Document. There is a standard charge of £5.00 for UK customers. European and world wide standard charge £8.50. Large items charged depending on weight.
Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for 28 days from
the date of sale.
Cancelling an order or returning goods
If you are not satisfied with the goods they may be returned within 3 days and
your credit card will be refunded with the cost of the goods. All goods
are returned at senders expense. Please note however that we cannot
provide a refund or replace any goods that have been made specifically to order.
